Our beef is processed as follows:

We take our calves to a local USDA inspected plant where it is harvested and dry aged for 14 to 21 days. This aging process enhances the flavor of the beef and makes it more tender.

We process the beef into individual Cryovac packages additionally wrapped with freezer paper. This maintains the color and freshness. The beef is quick frozen and delivered frozen.

We deliver in the San Antonio area free of charge with a minimum order of 20 pounds.

Beef may be picked up from our facility with a minimum order of 10 pounds.

We ship beef anywhere UPS delivers in 50 pound boxes. The Styrofoam lined shipping box and dry ice costs $25.00 per box and shipping charges range from $50.00 - $115.00 per box for second day UPS delivery depending on your distance from San Antonio.
